There is nothing like erectile dysfunction to get their attention. And a typical remedy prescribed by neurologists is no porn or masturbation for 90 days. Now there is a sizable group (hundreds of thousands) of hedonists trying to be chaste. It's the most interesting thing I have encountered on the internet in years. See nofap.com<br /><br />The main reason I bring this up is that I have been struggling with this for a long time (10+ years) and have never received one iota of help or benefit from confessing / talking to priests or consecrated catholics about this.
